All items ordered within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post and orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. Included in the P&P charge is the Pure Orchid luxury gift wrapping service. This is offered to all customers for any purchase as we believe that beautiful accessories should be complimented by equally pretty packaging, regardless of the amount spent. All hair accessories are carefully wrapped in blue tissue paper and Pure Orchid sticker and presented in a luxury gift bag with ribbon bow. All jewellery is presented in a luxury gift box with padded insert.
